About this draft

This is a provisional privacy notice for the DIY Africans design review. It describes the current review experience. The final notice will be reviewed and updated as the website and its services develop.

Who to contact

DIY Africans is the customer-facing brand of DIY African Ventures Limited. For questions about information you share with the business, contact [email protected] or write to No. 4, Old Yaba Road, Yaba.

Enquiry forms

When you submit an enquiry, your email address and project details are sent through Cloudflare and saved in DIY Africans’ Brevo contact list so the team can respond. This includes your name, optional phone number, location, project type, budget, timeline, optional quantity and brief. A repeat enquiry updates the latest details saved against your email. Submitting this form does not sign you up for a newsletter. Please provide only the information needed to discuss your project.

When you contact us directly

Email, telephone and WhatsApp links open the relevant service. If you choose to send a message or call, you share information directly through that service. Please include only what is needed to discuss your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive information unnecessarily.

Cookies and analytics

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser signals, for this security check. The website does not save enquiry details in local storage or session storage. Your browser may manage its own autofill and form-history preferences.

Third-party destinations

The Shop link takes you to the existing online store. WhatsApp and other external services have their own privacy notices and terms. Review those notices before sharing information or making a purchase.

Your questions and choices

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have shared, request access or correction, or raise a concern about its use or retention. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. You may also raise a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
